IT Services Manager
Main Duties:
• Effectively coordinate resources to effectively implement projects
• Implement IT Strategy
• Core focus on IT assets – maintain extraordinary support and management
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain SLAs
• Implement disaster recovery and control structures when necessary
• Inform and contribute to all software engineering projects regarding various non-functional requirements
• Protect data assets and monitor unauthorised access
• Other key duties to be discussed at interview stage
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Telecom’s
• 5 years exp in IT Management/Software Development Management within Telecom’s
