Minimum Requirements
- CA / Other Risk Management degree/ B.com Degree
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- 5+ years of SOX control/Audit/Risk Management experience /Control Testing Experience
- Good understanding of the operational risk within the business, providing related risk assessment and acting as an advisor to the business on risk issues
- Practical experience in design and execution of plans to strengthen internal controls, enhance assurance thereby reducing operational risk.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and assessing compliance risks –F&A knowledge is a plus
- Developing and monitoring key compliance risk indicators
- Ensuring adherence toagreed compliance service levels and commitments made under all contracts to Client
- Working closely with the business to mitigate process risks.
- Managing awareness amongst employee base relating to compliance requirements and policies as applicable
- Carrying out compliance audits – Physical Security, Access controls, System Controls, etc.
- Reviewing group-wide compliance policy as required
- Ensuring mandatory compliance trainings are completed for all staff.
- Meet all reporting requirements.
- Perform audits to determine compliance with respect to applicable contractual requirement
- Understanding on Contracts
- Ensure Monthly Audit report out to business stakeholders.
- To be aware of Regulatory changes happening in Local market and should be able to participate in regulatory changes being implemented for your respective areas.
- To have the business/process knowledge of your areas and understand the associated risks.
- Adherence to all the Risk and Compliance critical SLAs as agreed with relevant accounts

- Managing Client Visits
- Issue Risk Reports and Risk profiles on time
- Ensure Control Checklist sign offs on time
- BCP HOT & COLD Tests
- Incident Management
