The main purpose of this position is to manage the student residences, manage a team and liaise with the relevant universities etc.
DUTIES:
- Management of student residences
- Managed a team of credit controllers, operations managers, leasing administrators
- Must have working relationship with NSFAS, University of JHB, Wits etc.
- Must have manage more than 600+ beds
- MS Office and MDA essential
- Min 5yrs experience working for a student residence property company
