Software Project Coordinator (Parvana)

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of project plans.
  • Hosting regular internal as well as external project meetings.
  • Owning a project from inception till sign-off.
  • Maintaining and updating of allocated projects.
  • Compiling and reviewing of Use Case diagrams and System Integration Diagrams.
  • Compiling and submitting of weekly project update reports.
  • Maintaining and contributing to the knowledge-base on SharePoint.
  • Creation and compiling of scope of work document.
  • Ensuring all requirements are fulfilled for the finance department.
  • Project profitability reporting.
  • Change management and logging of changes.
  • Attending and contributing to daily stand-up meetings or operational meetings.
  • Periodic site visits (when required).
  • Logging development enhancements.
  • Training and mentoring other Project Coordinators.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in project management
  • IT Project management experience
  • Agile / Scrum experience preferred
  • Certified (Agile, PMI, Prince2)
  • Knowledge / experience in the following tools:
    • Tempo
    • ASANA
    • JIRA
