Our client in the Financial Services industry has an opportunity available for a Business Developer in the Sandton area.
Requirements:
- Degree
- 5-7 years experience in one of the following industries: ceramic, agriculture, chemical
- Knowledge and experience with Boron and Boron related products a distinct advantage
- Experience with Agri Products such as Fertilizers, etc.
- Working knowledge of market assessment techniques
KPAs:
- Coordinate with the leadership team to execute sales strategy and generate profitable growth
- Establish, maintain, and expand customer relationships with new and existing, targeted accounts within area of responsibility
- Manages trials, price setting, new customer/product portfolio, customer business plans & tender coordination
- Execute go-to-market strategy for target industry segments
- Map target customer organizations, identifying key stakeholders, decision makers, entry points, etc.
- Opportunity mapping and assessment for area of responsibility, scout new markets
