We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can meet the challenge of coaching our team towards maturity in its implementation of Scrum and Agile in our software delivery process.

  • You are an excellent communicator and can listen, question, explain and motivate. You also how to have difficult conversations without losing the respect and trust of your team
  • You have experience in working in a SaaS development team

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Guide the team on how to use Agile/ Scrum to its most useful level
  • Facilitating standups
  • Facilitating retros
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Supporting the Product Owner with grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  • Resolving conflicts and remove obstacles, or guiding the team to remove obstacles
  • Championing new processes and process changes (and documenting them)
  • Supporting internal communication within the team to ensure transparency
  • Communicating with other stakeholders to educate them on the process and performance of the development team
  • Monitoring KPIs

What else you need

  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master with a software development team
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (eg. Definition of Done, Automated testing, backlog refinement etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and approaches (Kanban, XP, Crystal, FDD etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MS/ BS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent field a plus
