- Goeie menseverhoudings / Good interpersonal relationships;
- Kode 08 bestuurslisensie / Code 08 driver’s license;

- Maatskaplikewerkdienste aan bejaardes / Social work services to the elderly
- Werwing, opleiding, benutting van vrywilligers / Recruit, train, utilize volunteers;
- Uitvoer van doelwitte van besigheidsplan / Implementation of objectives of business plan;
- Bemarking, netwerking en fondsinsameling / Marketing, networking and fundraising
