To assist with general work required in the office
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- At least two (2) years of related experience in a similar position.
- WORKPLACE COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- The ability to communicate effectively
- The ability to respond pro-actively to instructions as well as use initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, organizing, and time-management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Registry:
- Assist with filing of documents
- Archiving boxed documents on the premises or with an external provider
- Sort and arrange backlog/archives according to a set register.
General Work: - Assist with moving of furniture in the office
- Any other ad-hoc general work required inside the office premises
