To assist with general work required in the office

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • At least two (2) years of related experience in a similar position.
  • WORKPLACE COMPETENCIES:
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • The ability to respond pro-actively to instructions as well as use initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills, organizing, and time-management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Registry:

  • Assist with filing of documents
  • Archiving boxed documents on the premises or with an external provider
  • Sort and arrange backlog/archives according to a set register.
    General Work:
  • Assist with moving of furniture in the office
  • Any other ad-hoc general work required inside the office premises

  • 2 to 5 years
