You pride yourself on building good working relationships with 3rd party business relationships and have no qualms with managing a Manco. People flock to you with queries relating to investments, tax, and the regulatory environment in South Africa
What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
In this role, you will not only work closely with the Head of Investments allowing for a free flow of ideas but work closely with the digital and IT to develop and enhance integrated product solutions and better the customer experience. You will create and maintain pre and post-retirement products that have been established in terms of the Pension Fund Act and have the assistance of a walking, talking CISCA “Compliance Thesaurus”.

What you’ll need
Employment Equity position. Your actuarial studies (or similar)with at least 5 years of working experience in the Retirement Fund Industry. You will need to understand the technical and operational conditions of Manco procedures and possess excellent working knowledge of CISCA and its regulations.
