KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reception Management
- Ensure cleanliness of reception area and professionalism at the frontline is maintained
- Ensure that reception is manned at all times
Switchboard Management - Answer incoming calls and direct call to the correct contact person
- Take messages and deliver messages to the correct person
- Update the extension data, regions telephone numbers, and on the switchboard
when required - Submit monthly telephone report
Administrative Support - Manage boardroom facilities and equipment
- Manage and coordinate catering needs
- Provide administration assistance to finance cluster & other departments as and
when needed - Assist with the sales of tender documents
- Manage and coordinate paperwork for new vendors
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience working with an electronic switchboard is a requirement.

- The ability to communicate effectively & excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal skills, organizing and time-management skills
