Urgently seeking qualified, experienced Sales Call Centre Trainer for top company. We are looking for an influential and dynamic person to design, develop and deliver Sales Training that will meet business objectives. Be responsible for end to end training requirements; research and implement new training strategies and learning material to suit business objectives; review and update existing material etc. You will also be responsible for moderation of training assessments as well as conduct continuous assessment of competencies to ensure that staff perform optimaly.

Minimum requirements are:

  • Matric
  • Completed Diploma / Degree in HR Development
  • RE and FAIS
  • 3years proven success as a Trainer within a Sales Contact Centre environment
  • Accredited Assessor, Moderator, Facilitator and accreditation in the design of learning material
  • Sales training certificataion
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing the financial industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with web-based and e-learning platforms
