To manage the multilingual (English, French, German, Dutch) tender team and ensure the timely provision of sales support at Group level. You will also be responsible for the provision of compliant and timely answers to tender bids (RFI, RFP, RFP and follow up rounds of presentations to clients) . You will play a pivitol role in empowering the team to produce creative and high-quality material across the Group.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Full professional proficiency in both FRENCH and ENGLISH (A 3rd language will be highly advantagoeus i.e German)
- People management experiene (team of 8 and more people will be managed in this role)
- Experience in Tender Management and the compilation and presentation of Tenders
- Logistics Industry experience is highly advantageous
- Must have worked in a large multinational environment given the complexity of the tender process in a multinational
- Fully proficient in Excel and MS Office (with strong emphasis on Publisher and Powerpoint
- Adobe creator A + proficiency

Coordination and support of team members in preparation of tender responses on behalf of subsidiaries worldwide
