Our client based in Wadeville is looking for a Warehouse Manager to ensure effective management and flow and storage of inventory (Fibre & finished goods) while ensuring that the process of planning, organising and executing is efficient and effective from the place of origin to the place of consumption as per sales and planning schedules, in a way that optimally satisfies consumer requirements and reduce cost of sales

Qualification

  • Post Matric Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or Operation Management
  • 5 Years’ experience in Paper Manufacturing environment will be an advantage
  • 1 Year Experience working on JDE/ERP systems
  • Certification in CPM or CSCP

  • Ensure the compilation, Compile and analysis and review of variance reports.
  • Manage and control the adherence to Cycle counts and Financial Stock counts as per company audit guidelines

  • Manage report and control aged stock to ensure accurate reporting and financial control of slow moving and obsolete stock
  • Manage, review and control inventory levels with full responsibility to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize stock variances to less than .5% of inventory value

  • Manage people to ensure low overtime cost
