We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to appoint, train, motivate and co-ordinate a team of Sales Agents for our new online division.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a national team of Sales agents in 4 provinces.
  • Meeting planned sales goals set by management
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results with pre-determined regularity.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Following a tight business plan that covers sales, revenue and all department expense controls
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation ideas and any promotional opportunities that will drive sales
  • The ongoing training of salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
  • Full understanding of our online offer and great understanding of our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Feeding back key consumer behavior insights to management.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • A highly self-motivated charismatic individual
  • Mature and disciplined
  • Experience in sports betting industry preferred
  • Planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
