We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to appoint, train, motivate and co-ordinate a team of Sales Agents for our new online division.
Responsibilities
- Managing a national team of Sales agents in 4 provinces.
- Meeting planned sales goals set by management
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results with pre-determined regularity.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Following a tight business plan that covers sales, revenue and all department expense controls
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation ideas and any promotional opportunities that will drive sales
- The ongoing training of salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Full understanding of our online offer and great understanding of our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Feeding back key consumer behavior insights to management.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- A highly self-motivated charismatic individual
- Mature and disciplined
- Experience in sports betting industry preferred
