Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing a key role as part of the Group’s Executive Committee
  • Designing and delivering on key strategy data initiatives
  • Implementing data strategy across the Group, for internal and external purposes
  • Integrating data analytics into all key areas of the Business including Revenue Operations; Sales and Technology
  • Line management of Data and Analytics team
  • Own overall design, implementation and support of the Group’s BI technology ecosystem
  • Responsible for Data Acquisition, Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Intelligence
  • Develop the group’s self-service capabilities in accessing and reporting of intelligence
  • Implement data quality standards and best practices
  • Create and implement relevant processes, systems, guidelines, strategies, documents, reporting etc.

Key Attributes and Skills:

  • BSc/BCom Degree in IT/Information Systems; Mathematics; Engineering or Statistics
  • 4 years’ Leadership / Management experience
  • 8 years’ Business Intelligence experience
