Our client, with a reputable FMCG name in the industry seeks a dynamic Bookkeeper to join their team, working remotely.

The role entails:

  • Assisting with on-line shopping portal
  • Setting up a link between portal and Sage Business Cloud Accounting.
  • Managing basic accounting functions including:
  • Creating orders for clients online
  • Ensuring this data is transferred to Sage
  • Issuing invoices and credit notes to clients
  • Managing cash book and all payment allocations
  • Issuing statement of accounts to customers
  • Collecting payments from customers
  • Managing credit card recons and allocating them correctly in Sage
  • Managing expense claims and allocating them correctly in Sage
  • General admin including preparing meat permit and vegetable permit applications
  • Capturing and managing all accounting enteries to the point that it is reviewed by our auditors

Strengths:

  • Must be an all-rounder able to multi-task
  • Must have a strong understanding of Sage Business Cloud Accounting
  • Must have strong accounting knowledge
  • Must have a strong command of Excel and Excel formulas
  • Must have a strong command of Word including mail merges
