Our AGRICULTURE Client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to be appointed in the above mentioned vacant position.
PAST OR CURRENT ANIMAL FEED EXPERIENCE IS A MUST FOR THIS ROLE
Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in Production Management / Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as manager in an Animal Feed manufacturing/ Milling / FMCG environment.

Duties Include but not limited to the following:
PAST OR CURRENT ANIMAL FEED EXPERIENCE IS A MUST FOR THIS ROLE
- Lead the manufacturing team to ensure plant metrics are achieved in a safe, timely, quality, cost efficient and productive manner.
- Accountable for the achievement of product quality and foods safety, manufacturing costs, productivity, and OHS compliance.
- Will be a key driver in development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- To effectively and efficiently plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications and orders.
- Comply with all reporting requirements – monthly, weekly and daily reports.
- Manage all issues relating to production staff.
- Ensure high standard of housekeeping are maintained in all areas and entire site at all times.
