This position entails a list of duties to help all staff members and help with all administration and social media marketing. The duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager.
- Answering calls and liaising with clients competently.
- Organising travel and itineraries.
- Organising and planning meetings.
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
- Various ad hoc requests.
- Preliminary drafting of correspondence on the manager’s behalf.
- Delegating work in the manager’s absence.
- Diary management.
- Preparing papers for meetings.
- Improving office systems.
- Conducting research.
- Preparing presentations.
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
- Manage social media platforms and communications.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Generate positive PR.
- Promote marketing communication both internally and externally.
- Assist with brand management (e.g. marketing and event coordinating).
- Assist with administration duties of company.
