Role Description
This is an in-house role and one which is vital in supporting the company’s growth strategy. It is awonderful opportunity for an IT recruiter to advance their career and become involved in a fast pacedand exciting role. The person will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and value adding,start-to-end talent acquisition function.

The focus will be on sourcing, screening, building relationships with candidates and staff, and placingcandidates in a variety of IT related roles. The company culture is vibrant and spontaneous and ourpeople are some of the brightest in the industry

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with IT professionals and managers in the business
    Source, screen and refer candidates to hiring managers
    Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
    Set up interviews and liaise with relevant parties
    Assist with the on-boarding process
    Provide monthly recruitment statistics (keeping all recruitment activities updated)
    Conduct reference and background checks
    Use existing network and recruitment portals to source suitable candidates
    Build the company brand by developing relationships with potential candidates via social

  • 3-5+ years’ corporate and / or specialist recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
    Demonstrated track record in identifying, sourcing and placing IT specialists, e.g. Software
    Developers & Business Analysts
    Good knowledge of the IT industry and various technical skill sets
    Experience working with job portals (i.e. CareerJunction), and sourcing and networking on
    social media portals (e.g. LinkedIn)
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Ease of social interaction and a habit of personal networking and communication is important
    Ability to manage work flow and maintain stable performance when under pressure
    Structured approach, with excellent attention to detail
    Takes ownership and uses initiative
    Personal drive – energy, integrity and passion are essential

  • Competent in MS Office packages, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Attributes- Professional, energetic, dynamic and positive team player with great business acumen
  • Must be a team player with a positive disposition
