To help maintain Customers account by effectively and efficiently collecting Insurance premiums on all the rejected debit orders and cash payments and ensuring that thorough communication is done in order to follow-up on Vehicle Inspection Certificates.
- Ensure client account status are correct by checking the account history details on the system
- Notify clients of the rejected premium amount by communicating and sending relevant correspondence
- Rehabilitate accounts by contacting, negotiating, concluding and monitoring payment arrangements with clients
- Contact all required clients to reach target of full penetration of the Initial opportunity and thereafter target 35% – 55% retention / collection
- Ensures receipt and attachment thereof of the Vehicle Inspection Certificate’s
- May respond to incoming requests for cancellation of services and persuade our customers to remain with us
- Identify opportunities to retain dissatisfied customers
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in comparison to competitors’ portfolios in order to understand how to meet our customers’ needs
- Document customer outcomes to add to our knowledge base of reasons why customers choose to cancel their services with us in order to take appropriate action
- Report regularly on all activities, where required
