Payroll Administrator

My client is seeking to appoint a deadline driven Payroll Administrator who is attentive to detail, has a strong numerical aptitude and a high level of accuracy.
Duties will include, but is not limited to
Monthly:
- Collating all payroll information from operational sites
- Ensuring that all information is in the company format and approved by correct levels of authority
- Submitting all information in the correct format to Payroll Officer
- Printing month end reports and filing for auditors
- Investigate payroll queries
- Handling adhoc and reporting requests
Weekly:
- Collating all payroll information from operational sites
- Ensuring that all information is in the company format and approved by correct levels of authority
- Review of excel attendance register
- Capturing and Importing of all information onto VIP
- Preparation of payroll cover sheet and supporting documentation
- Ensuring employees receive payslips
- Printing weekly and month end reports and filing for auditors
- Preparation of 3rd parties
- Submission of EMP201 information
- Investigate payroll queries
- Handling adhoc and reporting requests
- Cashbook processing
- Procurement BBBEE statistics and intranet update
- HR filing and scanning of packs
- HO stationery and kitchen supplies monitoring and shopping
Experience with MIBCO advantageous
PC literate (Microsoft office, Excel, VIP, Outlook)
Drivers license essential
