Payroll Administrator

My client is seeking to appoint a deadline driven Payroll Administrator who is attentive to detail, has a strong numerical aptitude and a high level of accuracy.

Duties will include, but is not limited to

Monthly:

  • Collating all payroll information from operational sites
  • Ensuring that all information is in the company format and approved by correct levels of authority
  • Submitting all information in the correct format to Payroll Officer
  • Printing month end reports and filing for auditors
  • Investigate payroll queries
  • Handling adhoc and reporting requests

Weekly:

  • Collating all payroll information from operational sites
  • Ensuring that all information is in the company format and approved by correct levels of authority
  • Review of excel attendance register
  • Capturing and Importing of all information onto VIP
  • Preparation of payroll cover sheet and supporting documentation
  • Ensuring employees receive payslips
  • Printing weekly and month end reports and filing for auditors
  • Preparation of 3rd parties
  • Submission of EMP201 information
  • Investigate payroll queries
  • Handling adhoc and reporting requests
  • Cashbook processing
  • Procurement BBBEE statistics and intranet update
  • HR filing and scanning of packs
  • HO stationery and kitchen supplies monitoring and shopping

Experience with MIBCO advantageous
PC literate (Microsoft office, Excel, VIP, Outlook)
Drivers license essential
