The Business Development Manager reports to the Regional Sales Manager, based in Dubai.

 

The goal of this position is to develop Company’s market share in the region by developing new business and supporting both distributors and end users. In order to be successful with this role the candidate will have highly developed social and presentation skills and will be expected to be able to smoothly at multiple levels within a customer organization, from a production environment to board room.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales development and support to new and existing customers
  • Sales development support to new and existing distributors including business reviews and planning
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and concepts based on products
  • Schedule client visits and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct trade activities independently and together with the distributors and team members
  • Budget responsibility for the targeted region
  • To meet and preferably beat sales targets
  • Document all customer and distributor activity in CRM system Salesforce

EDUCATION:

Minimum Bachelor level degree or similar in a related discipline.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years successful B2B sales;
  • Strong background and proven experience of strategic new business hunting, sales process and solution selling
  • Thorough understanding of the market and competitor’s offerings.

TRAVEL

60%-80% field travel

Business trips outside of the country and region can occur in connection with training sessions, sales meetings and marketing events in abroad.
