Minimum Requirements:

  • Development, management and monitoring of all digital marketing and platforms, social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • The strategy should include, but will not be limited to setting targets, measuring outcomes and ensuring compliance and governance to mitigate reputational risk
  • Overarching digital strategy considering latest technology and trends order to reach the required audiences in the most efficient ways and on the most suitable platforms in order to deliver on business objectives to communications platforms, social media
  • Brainstorm new and creative initiatives and digital campaign ideas to elevate brand awareness, drive leasing, competitive edge and business growth
  • Manage budgets to ensure optimal exposure in most cost-effective ways with frequent reconciliation and reporting Manage agencies and assign the necessary external resources, where necessary, for critical functions like community management
  • Website development, updates, maintenance and monitoring
  • Coordinating information and content to be relevant to the business needs, up to date and in line with brand style
  • Managing and monitoring SEO and other tools to optimise website and maximise Google search
  • Monitoring google analytics and other relevant statistics in order to adjust strategy ensuring optimal ROI
  • Intranet Development: coordinating design, UX, optimal functionality
  • Coordinating information and content to be relevant, up to date and in line with brand style
  • Social Media management
  • Strategic selection of the correct social media platforms for the brand, campaigns and projects in line with the budget provided.
  • Build and maintain all social media platforms, ensuring optimisation as well as monitoring and evaluation (to ensure optimal exposure as well as manage reputational risk
