Our client requires the services of Sales Coach who will be responsible for providing, monitoring, evaluating and recording coaching and training activities.
Minimum 3 years contact centre experience within insurance sales environment plus 2 years previous sales training and coaching experience.
Technical Sales Manager experience.
Identify and conduct coaching sessions and provide ongoing training.
Provide guidance and assistance to managers.
Develop training material.
Evaluate employee performance.
