A small but well established and specialised recruitment agency in the Durban, KZN region is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 2 to 5 years recruitment agency experience to join their busy team and assist with existing specs.
This is a work from home opportunity and candidates can be based in Durban and surrounding areas in KZN or Johannesburg and need to have two to five years recruitment experience from a recruitment agency’s perspective. Training/ guidance will be provided into the company’s systems and methodology. Own reliable wi fi, cellphone and laptop/ computer is required. Job specs and job portal access will be provided. An attractive commission is offered on ALL placements made by the Consultant. The sucessful incumbent will be required to work set hours per day.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties will include extensive research and headhunting, placing online adverts; screening responses; shortlisting; interviewing candidates when required; collating supporting documents; processing checks and providing candidates with updates on progress.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum requirements are:-
- Matric/ Grade 12 completed
- Tertiary qualification an advantage
- Two to five years recruitment agency experience
- Excellent computer and people skills
- An articulate and confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently without supervision and able to prioritise work flow in busy periods
- Candidates will need to work from home so must have own reliable wi-fi, cell and computer
