Our client who is based in Centurion is looking for a Branch Administrator  

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone, screen, direct calls and receive visitors to the business
  • Responsible for the management of inventory stock items in the branch (update records) and work closely with the stockroom officer relating to all stock items and requirements
  • Prepare all relevant delivery documentation for orders/installations and stock distribution
  • Oversee the collection of stock from suppliers as ordered by branch and head office
  • Facilitate/prepare orders to be send from the branch to customer
  • Load/Generate bills and invoices on XERO in support of branch operations
  • Track and oversee the branch petty cash reporting to head office
  • Consolidate the weekly operational report prepared by Technical installations manager for planning purposes for branch planning and budgetary requirements
  • Co-ordinate all branch HR and operational documentation for head office
  • Updating and maintenance of Bitrix24 reports, trackers, and spreadsheets for branch applicable to function and operational support
  • Relevant Filing/scanning for branch records. Distribute and manage documentation for head office
  • Responsible for office consumables and purchases; oversee the office housekeeping standards
  • Policy and Procedure gatekeeper for the branch
  • Sales assistance and customer support

 

Education and Experience

  • Matric – Tertiary education/ qualification advantageous
  • Bilingual Verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 6-10 years admin experience (at supervisory level would be advantageous)
  • Sound Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, with understanding and competency in
    accounting principals
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Drivers Licence and own transport a must
