The successful candidate will be supporting the Brand manager CRM, implement CRM campaigns across email and dial. Execute all automated + manual workflow communication to achieve online conversion and ARPU targets

Responsibilities:

Co – ordinate and manage all workflow communication

  • Working closely with the MM + PM’s and product owners, implement any updates or add new workflow comms as required including Email + SMS
  • Email will include dev new templates and copy decks
  • Write and manage automated SMS’s
  • Create and load Automated Emails and SMS’s into Solid
  • Support sales and ops team with manual SMS as needed including emergency comms

Implement Email and dial campaigns

  • Support the BM to load and implement any email campaigns via Emarsys
  • Implement ad hoc email campaigns for operational comms
  • Brief new email creatives as needed
  • Ensure pricing and details are always updated and correct
  • Working closely with the dial administrator, provide and co – ordinate all dial campaigns in line with monthly and weekly plans
  • Load messaging and updates within existing customer online account
  • Work closely with the PO teams to ensure that the messaging opportunities within the online account (notifications/ headline banners/ banners) are loaded and updated in line with plans

Implement Ignite and corporate customer communication

  • Implement any email or SMS campaigns as required and directed by the BM:
  • Acquisition using separate Mail chimp account

Requirements:

  • Marketing qualification. Degree or Diploma
  • 1 to 2 years experience working in a junior marketing role within a marketing team
  • Experience working on CRM or existing customer bases required
  • Experience using Emarsys email platform
  • Experience working on consumer brands. Those operating within Ecommerce and tech/IT category experience a distinct advantage
  • Corporate experience preferred
