To provide processing and support for all Collections clients. |

Outputs:
1. Resolve client queries and escalated queries from the team within the SLA 2. Deal with broker’s requests and instruction within expectations |
Key Performance Area/ Job related competency: Processing Collections & Payments |
Outputs:
1. Process collections and payments in line with legislation and deadlines 2. Train and support clients to use the Web Portal 3. Train and assist brokers with new systems and products. |
Key Performance Area/ Job related competency: Relationship Management |
Outputs:
1. Build and maintain relationships with brokers and internal clients 2. Work well with all clients, brokers andteam members. |
Required Qualifications |
Matric certificate |
Regulatory Examinations (preferable) |
Required Experience (relevant or in a similar role) |
1 – 2 years working experience preferably in the insurance industry |
