1 year contract Position

The main purpose of this position is to accomplish payroll objectives. Oversee employeepayroll accounting transactions and to report on payroll activities. Ensure that payroll inputis processed timeously and accurately. Assist with Payroll tax submission requirements andmonthly payroll runs. Assist in payroll calculations, resolve payroll queries, and provide thenecessary support to the Payroll Team as and when required

Must have :

  • 5 years’ experience in Payroll Function
  • Supervising a team and managing their performance and improvement areas
  • Knowledge of basic structures for Salaries, Employee Income, statutory taxes anddeductions
  • Benefits administration.
  • Practiced in confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office skills.


  • Degree / Diploma in Finance
  • ERP payroll

The following will be an added advantage: Knowledge of employee’s tax application.

Desired Skills:

  • Project Management
  • Prince II certification

Desired Work Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years

Desired Qualification Level:

  • Degree
