Our client is looking for a newly qualified CA (SA) to join their team.
Reporting to the Group Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

The accounting and management accounts of entities within the Group

Business analytics within the Group
- Monitoring actual expenses against the approved budget and identifying variances, and compiling monthly management reports
- Ensuring that all balance sheet reconciliations are produced on an accurate and timely basis to include bank reconciliations, debtors, creditors and inter-company accounts
- Fulfilling Group level accounting functions as required
- Developing annual budgets in collaboration with the Group Financial Manager and business unit heads
- Assisting with the annual audit process
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements relating to financial control, financial management, accounting and tax
- Ensuring implementation and adherence to finance policies, procedures and systems across all teams
- Database / CRM Administration
- General administrative tasks as required from time to time
Requirements:
- Newly qualified CA (SA)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlookups etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud based accounting (Zoho) would be an advantage
- Must be highly numerate and be able to analyse statistical information and interpret financial data to produce reports which can be understood by non-financial colleagues
- Must be able to work with data extracts from multiple data sources to compile financial analysis reports
