Recruitment Manager
- The Recruitment manager will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, the recruitment manager should have a HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate must be a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personality
- A Bachelor’s degree /HR Management & Resourcing
- Working knowledge of social media platforms is key (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter) and online job portals is mandatory.
- 5 years IT/ Technical Role Types within the Industry experience is essential.
- Understanding of the Recruitment Process/Lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Placement Partner, MIE and Afiswitch applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.
- Strong people skills and ability to form and maintain healthy relationships.
- Manage a team of Recruiters, Process and Technology.
- Sourcing, Head hunting, Fast paced with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Display a positive and friendly outlook when dealing with peers and clients.
- Outgoing personality and confident in dealing with people and senior management.
- Forward thinking and creative with the ability to formulate and present ideas.
- Capable of hands-on problem solving with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- A positive and structured approach to researching and analyzing brand building opportunities.
- Ability to use own initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with competing demands, to prioritize tasks and to deliver on time. Ability to multi-task is essential.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, verbal, email, telephone and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a team effort.
- A positive attitude towards dealing with people.
