RPA Architect Role in JHB/CPT – EE/Non-EE position – Local / Any

Reverside is an IT services provider; we are always looking for professional candidates to join our team in Software Development, providing opportunities to work on exciting projects, within our well established client base.

We are looking for 1 Professionals with 5+ years solid development experience in RPA (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere) and has a solid knowledge base of the SDLC. Experince in Automation Anywhere is preferred.This role will be responsible for the solutions architecture, development and implementation of Robotics Process Automation technologies in an Agile environment, focussing on finding solutions to meet business needs specifically within the Customer Care environment.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Senior resource who can work with (The Silicon Partners Inc) for RPA Architect or Lead developer who managed RPA Projects (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere).

ï‚· Define and take accountability for the:
o High-level architecture and technical strategy for RPA
o Implementation options for all assigned application initiatives for RPA
o RPA governance processes and structures
o Integrity, stability, performance and scalability of the RPA environments
ï‚· Apply technology and innovation with a specific focus on modern software development practices and technologies, including Agile, DevOps, and Cloud, Containers, CSM compliant APIs and micro services.
ï‚· Provide technical thought leadership based on industry trends and drive relevant innovations to scale digital capabilities and solutions.
ï‚· Evaluate innovative technologies aligned with the business strategy.
ï‚· Decide on the technology tools in line with the company standards.
ï‚· Provide oversight to investigation, analysis and management of technology risks, issues, and dependencies in all programs/projects
ï‚· Conduct periodic reviews with vendors on SLA’s, performance metrics and issues, escalations, change requests and improvement plans.
ï‚· Collaborate with partners to overcome issues impacting service delivery and

ï‚· Strong technical and in-depth knowledge of applicable technologies, industry disciplines, regulatory and technical standards and application components
ï‚· Excellent communication and collaboration skills i.e. in order to understand expectations from product owners and scrum masters
ï‚· Knowledge of emerging technologies/industry trends along with the ability to leverage them in application development and support initiatives
ï‚· Capable of articulating the business value of IT investments/projects and collaborating with partners and cross-functional groups during implementation
ï‚· Adeptness to engage as a consultative face of IT to the Business and enable technology to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency
ï‚· Skill to integrate new technologies with existing business initiatives and understanding the business processes and customer needs
ï‚· Good understanding of governance framework (roles and responsibilities, escalation and communication process, handoffs and control points)
ï‚· Ability to make recommendations as they pertain to improvements in support/development initiatives and facilitate implementation with partners, IT and cross-functional groups within the business execute operational improvement initiatives.
ï‚· Encourage best practice and knowledge sharing with partners and cross-functional groups.
ï‚· Manage the overall technical design and delivery of solutions.
ï‚· Provide management oversight to development, production support, and deployment/cutover activities.
ï‚· Participate in high-level technical solution definition and design during the implementation phase with the goal of providing reliable, stable and operationally sound applications that meet the business requirements.
