Our Client is looking for a Client Account Manager to join the team. They require practical knowledge and understanding of research processes, techniques and the retail enviroment. This will include insightful and actionable recommendations as well as building relationships with clients.Must have Minimum Requirements:
- BA or Bcom Marketing
- 3-5 years Proven Experience within market research industry or Client interfacing
- 3 years experience in research agency and retail tracking services
- Advanced Computer Skills (Excel Proficiency – PIVOT, Graphs, Formulas)
- Own Car & Valid Drivers
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL INTO AFRICA
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide support to the Group Account Managers across all projects.
- Give insightful and actionable recommendations,
- ad hoc analysis, mentoring where required and once off project deliverable
- Responsible and accountable for managing the entire client accounts
- Developing the existing client account / business and new client business
- Final Check of data delivered to client and manage the data queries
- Compile and analyse final presentation delivered to client
- Discuss and agree timing of data delivery
- Manage and liaise with internal service department
- Need to have solid knowledge of the research process and analytical skills
- Account manager will be accountable to the executives, group account and clients.
