Experience required
At least 15 years experience in high-end property developments.
Residential experience essential.
Hands-on/on-site project management.
Bill of Quantity/tendering project monitoring experience.
Qualification Requirements
Bsc/BTech Construction management or QS or similar
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare Bill of Quantities
Liasing with relevant authorities on connection, permits, etc.
Cost calculation, tracking, and management
Ensure projects run efficiently, on time, and within budget
Managing contractors, Site Managers, Site foreman
Procurement
Weekly, monthly and daily reporting.
