We are searching for a dutiful Learning and Culture Officer to fulfil the educational requirements of new and existing staff and ensure company culture is successfully transferred and/or reinforced. The candidate should be a strong interpersonal communicator and comfortable presenting themselves on video and engaging in small groups. They should be able to administer needs assessments, gauge skills shortages, and then address these through tailored training programs. You will take guidance from the COO and CMO and ensure the effectiveness of training by monitoring performance post-intervention.
To ensure success, he/she should be non-judgmental and supportive of staff’s willingness to develop their skills. Ultimately, you will grasp that staff may not always be forthcoming in disclosing their difficulties, and will need to navigate this roadblock successfully.

The candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs;
- Create “cheat sheets” that aid staff in learning and optimising their workflows;
- Ensure employees receive statutory required training;
- Have the savvy to build learning and training programs that increase the skills of existing staff and retain the talent needed to help the company grow;
- Sets the tone for communication and ensure the brands core message is repeated through all communication and marketing initiatives;
- Conducts Performance Assessments, Leadership Workshops and One-on-Ones;
- Acts as a liaison between employees and other C-level executives;
- Establishes an emotional connection for employees, execs, and the organization as whole; and
- Report on the effectiveness of training programs.

Tax and/or law knowledge/qualification advantageous but not required. 2 to 3 Years working experience in a corporate environment required.
