- Prepare and view US GAAP/IFRS Technical Memo’s.
- Monthly closing and reconciliations for US and European companies
- Prepare review/monthly packs for non-South African companies
- Prepare actual versus budget information and provide analysis
- Circulate weekly exchange rates
- Tie in annual / quarterly US GAAP financial statements and press releases
- Prepare and review US tax return schedules
- Record minutes of meetings
- Prepare payment requisitions and monitor payment process with bank
- Any other day to day duties expected of the Financial Manager
Experience
- Experience from the Big 4 Accounting Firms.
- US GAAP Experience Preferable
- 5-10 years post articles experience.
- Word and Excel experience
