TYPE OF WORK/DUTIES:
- Monitoring workflow, coaching and mentoring DELEGATED FREEDOM TO ACT
- The limits and controls on the position`s authority, regarding expenditure, personnel decisions, changing policies or methods etc.
- Reports on activities/results at daily/weekly OR monthly/quarterly meetings.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA’s) :
- Stock Management
- Ensure sufficient stock levels at the designate areas Minimise Stock losses Minimize stock discrepancies
- Transporter Management
- Procure correct transporters Ensure availability of transporters Ensure transporter fees are in line with Group Budgets
- Maintenance and Management of Electronic Stock System
- Ensure timeous reporting Ensure correct and detailed reporting Analyse and provide insight with regards to the reports Internal Business
- Stakeholder Management
- Ensure relationships with the various Country Logistics Staffa and management PRESSURE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications
- B Degree Logistics
- B Hons Degree in Logistics ideal
Experience Required
- 8 – 10 years in Logistics Management with proven track record of engineering and re-engineering of logistics processes and process improvement
- Proven track records of successful process improvement projects
- Exceltional time management and stakeholder management expertise
