Analyze and improve the quality of existing systems and processes
Participate in the process design or re-design and translate business / user requirements /processes into less complex system design
System and integration testing of new functionality
Participate in the implementation of new solutions to ensure successful integration into current
Provide operational support to the business areas
Create and maintain documentation
Understand and analyze user stories and high-level requirements for new digital products
Design and document end-to-end product for digital products

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3-year IT Degree / Diploma
5+ years relevant IT experience/ BA experience
