Well established ISP Company is looking for a Support Technician based in Durban
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Qualification – Degree / Diploma
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in the industry – Connectivity, Telecoms and Hosting is required
- Experience in either MikroTik or VOIP is required
- Driver’s license and own vehicle is essential for this role
Duties:
- Support the Directors, Sales Force, and associated departments with Technical Support operations to assist in achieving the company objectives
- Manage all Tickets and Faults assigned accordingly, escalating where necessary
- Diligently update and maintain all Tickets logged on the Ticket System
- Be the escalation point from the Outsource desk
- Manage and administer Escalations in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct engagement with clients in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Meet the Companies SLA’s and ETA’s for Support and Faults set by the organization
- Implement and maintain the company processes identified for Support and Technical Engineer responsibilities
- Provide the necessary Configurations, setups, settings and testing for services and products provided by the company
