Well established ISP Company is looking for a Support Technician based in Durban

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant Qualification – Degree / Diploma
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the industry – Connectivity, Telecoms and Hosting is required
  • Experience in either MikroTik or VOIP is required
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle is essential for this role

Duties:

  • Support the Directors, Sales Force, and associated departments with Technical Support operations to assist in achieving the company objectives
  • Manage all Tickets and Faults assigned accordingly, escalating where necessary
  • Diligently update and maintain all Tickets logged on the Ticket System
  • Be the escalation point from the Outsource desk
  • Manage and administer Escalations in a professional and efficient manner
  • Conduct engagement with clients in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Meet the Companies SLA’s and ETA’s for Support and Faults set by the organization
  • Implement and maintain the company processes identified for Support and Technical Engineer responsibilities
  • Provide the necessary Configurations, setups, settings and testing for services and products provided by the company
