Tertiary qual. 10+ years exp. Accredited BA qualification advantageous. Experience in utilising BA tools and experience on IT and Digital projects

In-depth experience in working with Agile initiatives and new product rollouts in the financial services industry (Corporate Experience beneficial)

Description

  • Facilitate user story sessions to extract requirements, acceptance criteria and test cases with multiple stakeholders by setting up and facilitate workshops via TEAMS to extract information
  • Effectively document customer journeys
  • Effectively document business requirement specifications
  • Map customer journeys into Features, User stories, Sprint tasks
  • Understand backlogs and planning and velocity
  • Work with diverse teams across multiple African geographies
  • Document business processes, business requirements
  • Document test plans and test cases
  • Guide testing efforts with end-users
  • Understand the technical landscape for effective test planning
  • Execute change management that will be required for a project where there are multiple change units
  • Work with the vendors on change management activities
  • Supporting of the end-user during the project and post-project phases
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships in the Portfolio by adhering to the company’s ways of working
  • Key coordination role between the Vendor and our Product Manager(s) and support to Product Manager(s) and business
  • Facilitate requirements, testing, demo training and signoff from countries
