- Looking for 4 – 5 years of experience minimum
- WordPress experience (actual coding not just installing plugins and themes)
- Security conscious
- Ability to thoroughly test own work and troubleshoot problems.
- Self-managed, analytical and critical of systems and procedures.
- Ability to ask 10 000 questions, take constructive criticism, and develop themselves.
- Ability to work remotely (preferably Johannesburg based or though not a must)
- Honest and driven
- Eager to learn and grow
Relevant Qualifications
- Must have a degree or diploma related to coding/ software development

Backend requirements:
- Linux (any flavour will do)
- MySQL / SQL
- PHP (vanilla preferred but OOP acceptable)
- API Integration (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
This job is REMOTE and therefore the candidate must be organised, have access to reliable internet, a decent hardware set up and be available to collaborate with other Eduvation Team members whenever needed.
