Drive business value add based on Voice of Customer (VoC) initiated process design, optimisation and improvement. BPAs are expected to have a commercial appreciation of the scope of their work and incorporate this into their deliverables.

  • Translation of business requirements into workable business process models/business process architecture/functional requirements with managed business impact
  • Ensuring that business requirements (and the resulting business process design) are aligned to the WFS Target Operating Model and to identify exceptions
  • Working closely with project managers and the business to assist in the delivery of WFS Operating Plan projects and initiatives
  • Analysing business performance using industry standard process reengineering techniques e.g. Lean 6 Sigma
  • Manage implementation and tracking of innovative continuous improvement projects
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders.

About The Employer:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

– 3-5 years relevant experience
– Lean Six Sigma knowledge / qualification advantageous
– Preferably 3 years IT experience in a Financial Services environment.
– Process design and documentation skills
– Knowledge of business process analysis methodology and documentation
– Knowledge of relevant process modelling and tools (Visio /ARIS)
– Broad general IT knowledge
– Product Knowledge (WFS and Absa Specific) would be preferred
