- Collect information from end-users about system performance

Requirements / Skills:
- Tertiary qualification – Certificate / Diploma in Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis / IT qualification
- Project Management PMP certification or related qualification
- 5 years working experience in business analysis
- 3 – 5 years working experience in software development
- Proficient in data analysis
- Strategic and analytical problem solver
- Interpersonal and consultative skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
