Qualifications

  • Hons/Degree / National Diploma, Business Analysis or relevant to Job Spec
  • Business Analysis Certificate/Qualification
  • SQL or similar development qualification (Advantageous)
  • IT Testing ISTQB (Advantageous)
  • Matric

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Good understanding and experience of IT Terminology and processes
  • Experience with any of all the following highly desirable:
  • CRM
  • MS Office 2010 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Must be “Technical Hands-On” MS SQL Server, Business analysis

  • Hands-On Quality Assurance
  • Good understanding of SQL and Software Development Lifecycle
  • Good understanding of software design and development

  • High energy level and the ability to multitask, provide input to team members and to share and disseminate information
  • Able to prioritise workloads and work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of leading project team is an advantage

Duties

Finance:

  • Analyse & Document AS-IS processes for current alliance banking solutions
  • Document TO-BE Processes for all new banking initiatives
  • Document Business Requirements for all alliance banking solutions

Client Service:

  • Liaise Any enhancements or changes with Business Analysts or Project Manager
  • Liaise with business, 3rd party providers and alliance partners
  • Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
  • Service Excellence:
  • Interprets business/customer requirements to provide timeous solutions
  • Responsiveness: speed of responses, reaction time, going the extra mile, turnaround time
  • Give valuable advice to customers and/or stakeholders
