1.Develops a test strategy and framework, including test risk
and governance aligned to international and industry testing
standards at enterprise level
2. Is skilled at defining and implementing test planning,
including defining test strategy, objectives, resources, scope,
environment, infrastructure and test data. Defines entry and
exit criteria, defect management, configuration management,
and risk management during test planning. Define the test
schedule and decides on the test phase and methodology to
follow. Write manual or automated test plans and defines the
process to evaluate, monitor and control the test efforts
3. Is highly skilled in test analysis and design. Analyses testrequirementsfrom the Requirement Specification documents,
Functional Specification document, Design Specification
documents (if any) and Use case Documents (if any)
provided by the client. Is skilled in preparing a traceability
matrix and test coverage. Prepares test cases, identifies
scenarios, writes test data and test scripts and finalises test
case reviews
4. Is highly skilled on executing test cases, capturing,
reviewing and analysing the results. Logs, tracks and report
on test defects and provides support to peers and junior
employees
5. Consolidate test results and prepares test sign off reports.
Conducts post implementation reviews. Prepares test metrics
and suggest process improvements. Prepares exit report and
get client/ managers acceptance. Prepares test archives and
handovers outstanding defects to production support
6. Is highly skilled at identifying automation test requirements,
including the identification and evaluation of testing tools.
Designs automation framework and scripting, including script
integration, review and approval. Conducts base line under
configuration management and provides support to more
junior employees
