Webhelp has an ideal opportunity for an individual with project management expertise and experience. We are looking for a collaborative Project Manager based in KwaZulu-Natal.As a flexible Project Manager, you will be accountable for the planning, governance, and implementation of change and transition projects for our South Africa-based Webhelp operation.
If you were already working in this project coordinator role, here are some of the things you would have done last week:
– Provide leadership for a project through its ‘end to end’ lifecycle
– Facilitate the definition and sign off of project scope, goals, and deliverables
– Fully adopt and utilise Daptiv – our project management toolkit
– Complete all project documentation
– Identify solutions and implement contingency actionsTo succeed, you should have at least five years of proven experience as a project manager across a portfolio of project work together with the experience of project managing a range of complex change and transition projects and an understanding of project methodologies (Agile/ Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban).
You will also need:
– A Project Management qualification
– Experience and understanding of ‘end to end’ project lifecycles, associated deliverables, and control gates
– Good knowledge of project management software plus MS office applications
– Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills
– Outstanding communication, presentation, and engagement skills up to board level
