inQuba has been announced as Microsoft’s ISV Partner of the Year, Industry Solution – financial services industry.

The awards are held annually and honour South African technology companies which have excelled in delivering Microsoft solutions over Microsoft’s financial year 2021 (1 July 2020 through 30 June 2021).

“We are particularly proud of the award because it recognises inQuba’s success as a partner which has developed and sells its own software solution that works seamlessly with the Microsoft ecosystem of products and services,” says inQuba MD Trent Rossini.

inQuba has been working with Microsoft since its inception in 2010 when it benefited from the BizSpark programme for startups. Today, the company is an independent software vendor (ISV) Gold IP Co-Sell partner that runs on Microsoft’s Azure across multiple regions.

The inQuba SaaS journey management solution launched on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace in October, which means Microsoft customers will be able to seamlessly sign up through the marketplace.

Rossini adds: “We have a rich integration into PowerAutomate that allows data to be passed between inQuba and the Microsoft ecosystem including Office 365, Teams and Dynamics. This means customer journeys can be monitored and tracked starting in the general web, across the Microsoft ecosystem through to other line of business applications and across channels. WhatsApp, email, SMS and web dialogues can then be triggered from within Microsoft’s solutions to engage across the customer journey.

“We offer a unique Customer Experience Management Solution and Customer Journey Orchestration Solution that works seamlessly with the Microsoft ecosystem and we are both honoured and pleased to be recognised as a leader by Microsoft.”

Lionel Moyal, global partner solutions director at Microsoft South Africa, adds: “This year’s Partner Awards acted as a reminder of the digital transformation journeys so many of our customers are undertaking. inQuba has shown tremendous growth in the past year, especially in the financial sector where customer retention and experience are top priorities.

“We are proud to be their key enablement partner, providing scale and trust to their customers, while helping them in their global expansion efforts.”

The Microsoft South Africa Partner of the Year Awards acknowledge outstanding successes and innovations by partners in a wide variety of categories, all related to partner competencies, cloud technology, and entrepreneurial spirit.
