Responsibilities:
- Performs service improvement and optimization
- Build trusting, collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and support teams
- Train users on Power BI as needed
- Track key process metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Help facilitate cross team communication collaboration
- Performs technology administration and maintenance
- Executes against administrative requests logged against the technology
- Delivers against logged requests for new or enhancements to technology features and/or components
