Digital and Systems Administrator (Marketing)

Our Client is a leading Property Development company. They are looking for a digital and systems administrator to work within their Marketing & Communications department.
Duties include:
- Administration of the marketing department’s data, which entails keeping lists updated, ensuring that the reports from external parties are received on time, ad-hoc extraction of reports and distribution to relevant parties.
- Manage the CRM processes and maintenance after implementation, ensuring that all role players are kept up to date, involved in all communication processes and that all instructions regarding changes and upgrades are followed through and actioned and all related actions pertaining to the CRM.
- Custodian of CRM, which entails daily monitoring, liaison with relevant parties and their requirements to and from the CRM, assisting with email campaigns, setting up of templates, etc
- General upkeep and updating of all websites (day-to-day updates, not website revamps).
- Liaison with website developers and other role players about information and testing of new websites.
- Testing of new websites, checking detail and implementing changes.
- Extraction of Google analytics reports.
- Assistance with the liaison of any external marketing or digital agency.
- Assist with campaigns, drawing and analysing of statistics and measuring and comparing competitors.
- Placing of all blogs/ stories and articles on websites (content will be provided), ensuring that we optimise SEO and testing that the on-line article displays optimally and correctly.
- Should it become necessary, but not the main purpose of the role: Social media scheduling when necessary, working alongside marketing manager to create a plan for social media strategies.
The Ideal candidate MUST have the following skills:
Proficient (i.e., competent/skilled, does not need training) on:
- MS Office and in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- WordPress to the level of day-to-day website updates (i.e., not developer level), upload of information, creation of posts, etc.
- Mailchimp
Analytical skills and in particular data management, data sorting and data analysis.
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in the abovementioned.
Digital administrative/systems qualification.
Familiar with:
- Google My Business, Google Analytics
- Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Later and other social engagement platforms and their various reporting and measuring functions.
- SEO optimisation – practical application, not theory.
- CRM systems such as Zoho.
