Skills and Experience: Qualification Required:

- Computer and MS Office Literate (Administrative Certificate)

- ITIL Foundation V3

Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of administrative work experiences via Service Desk, Call Coordinating or similar.

- Mobility Support
- Call Management
- Direct User communication verbally and written for assistance in Software distribution

- Good communication skills and fluent in English verbally and written
