Skills and Experience: Qualification Required:

  • Grade 12
  • Computer and MS Office Literate (Administrative Certificate)

Preferred Qualification:

  • ITIL Foundation V3

  • N+

Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years of administrative work experiences via Service Desk, Call Coordinating or similar.
